Edit menu

The functioning of the Edit menu depends on which type of BiotSavart window is the active one.

When the configuration window is the active one:

• Cut (cmd-X) Copies selected objects to the clipboard and deletes them.
• Copy (cmd-C) Copies selected objects to the clipboard.
• Paste (cmd-V) Objects on the clipboard are loaded into the configuration.
• Clear Deletes the selected objects.
• Duplicate (cmd-D) Duplicates the selected objects.
• Modify (cmd-I) Creates a edit window for each selected object.
• Select All (cmd-A) Selects all objects in the configuration.

If no objects are selected, then Copy places a copy of the picture in the configuration window onto the clipboard.

When an edit window is active, then the Edit menu can be used to Cut, Copy, and Paste text.
